Krongold Centre

The Krongold Centre provides psychology and guidance services for exceptional children and adolescents within the school context. Exceptionality includes learning and behavioural difficulties, various clinical conditions, such as autism spectrum disorders, fragile X, attention deficit disorder, anxiety disorders and sleep difficulties. Assessment and intervention is offered as part of an on going program where best practice is informed by the research and teaching expertise of available staff within the Institute of Human Development and Counselling in the Faculty of Education.

Krongold Assessment Service

The well known Krongold Assessment Service run within the Krongold Centre is being re-developed to reflect the International research strengths within the Institute. Referrals for individual assessment and treatment will be accepted from schools and health professionals subject to availability of supervision by specialists in the relevant particular area. Such areas may vary from time to time.

Centre for Multicultural Counselling

The Centre for Multicultural Counselling has recently introduced FREE specialised counselling service to support international students and their families.
