This pathway is designed to meet the needs and interests of leaders and managers of educational institutions, teachers, academics and personnel working in a variety of human service organisations who exercise formal or informal leadership responsibilities for the delivery of educational and related services. The pathway gives an understanding of new governance relations; policymaking; and restructured organisational processes and imperatives in the workplace including new concepts of leadership.
