It is preferable to receive your application by email. Alternatively, you can fax it or send it by registered post. Please note that applications posted on the due date or later will NOT be accepted.

Interview

Since demand outweighs possible participation, all applicants will be required to attend an interview in addition to their written application.

You will be notified by email and letter of the outcome of your interview. You will also be contacted if you have been placed on a waiting list or if your application has not been successful.

Successful applicants will be required to attend three tutorial sessions. The following documentation will be required at the first meeting:

• a copy of the 1st page of your passport;
• a copy of your travel insurance document;
• a completed Monash Abroad application which will be emailed to you once you have been accepted into the program;
• a copy of your WES results. Official transcripts are not required; and
• a printed bank statement for your Monash Abroad subsidy.

The dates of the sessions will be communicated at the time of your receiving confirmation of your place on the program.

Payment

If you wish to pay one lump sum, you can arrange to be invoiced and pay the total of $3,500 on Friday 4 April 2008.

If payments are not made on the due dates then your place will be offered to someone else.

You may pay by credit card, EFTPOS or cheque. Payments by these means can be made with:
