Biography

My career in education spans 15 years. I have taught language educators and language learners from diverse cultural backgrounds both in Australia and overseas. Prior to joining the staff at Monash, I worked at the School of Education, University of Queensland.

Research Interests

Globalization and English language education, sociocultural perspectives on language and literacy learning, teacher education and professional learning, critical multiculturalism and ethics in education, spatial analysis of learning environments
