Program overview

This professional learning program is funded by the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD) and delivered by Monash University. It is a program involving four days of intensive on-site face to face delivery. Book study and presentation groups continue collaborative learning between the first three day intensive and final day workshops. Participation is geared to leading teachers, assistant principals and principals with the classification PR1. The aim of the program is to enhance participants’ ability to:

  1. Develop strong and purposeful relationships;
  2. Address behaviours that impact on the maintenance of a cooperative environment;
  3. Create organisational conditions conducive to learning and growth; and
  4. Develop the capacity of others.

Workshop 1 Wed 27 May - Fri 29 May 8:30am for 8:45am start A 3-day intensive residential workshop with keynote addresses each day by nationally and internationally renowned presenters.
Online collaborative leadership groups June - October   Shared leadership among participants with Monash staff support.
Workshop 2 Fri 13 Nov 8:30am for 8:45am start Final keynote and workshop with group presentations and submission of individual case stories for program completion certificate.
